Cancellation After Work Has Begun:

If the project has commenced but is not yet complete, cancellations may still be accepted. However, a partial refund will be provided, accounting for the work already completed. The amount refunded will be determined by the percentage of the project delivered up to the cancellation request.

Cancellation of Completed Services:

Once a service has been fully completed and delivered as per the agreement, cancellations are no longer accepted, and no refund will be issued.

No Refund for Completed Services:

Once a service is completed and delivered according to the agreed-upon scope, no refunds will be issued. This applies to services such as website design, PPC campaigns, SEO strategies, or other digital deliverables.

Unsatisfactory Work:

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, we will work with you to address your concerns and make necessary adjustments within the original scope of work. Refunds will not be provided for changes in project preferences or scope that were not the part of original agreement.

Exclusions:

Refunds or cancellations will not apply due to delays caused by the client, such as delays in providing necessary materials or approvals.
Refunds are not available for customized digital products or services that are already in progress or delivered (such as custom website design or development, custom content, etc.).
